Find why a run stopped

Check the installation, command permissions, selected model, available credits, active run status, and the specific error reported in GitHub. Use the exact error code and stage from the PR comment or GitHub Check to select a recovery step. If Validate does not start, check the repository connection, permissions, credits, model selection, and current run state.

Check the repository

Install the Remyx GitHub App on the repository and connect the installation in Studio. If the installation has not been claimed, complete that step with an authorized GitHub account. Confirm that Validations are enabled for the installation.

Check the request

The command must be on an open pull request and submitted by an authorized repository owner, member, or collaborator. If another validation is running on the repository, read its status before submitting another request.

Check credits and models

If the free completed run is used, add credits under Studio → Account → Billing. Check whether a supported model is available through your configured provider or an eligible Remyx-funded allowance.

Read the error

The PR comment and GitHub Check identify the failed stage when available. A timeout, missing metric, insufficient balance, and invalid spec require different fixes.

Error reference

Use the exact error codes and HTTP statuses below to identify the cause. A refusal at start always says “Nothing was used”. It is never charged.
